Rikki Neal serves as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the firm’s finance, treasury, tax, and investor relations functions. She brings a diverse financial background spanning venture capital, agriculture, and gaming industries, with extensive experience in venture capital finance, fund accounting, and fund operations.

Prior to joining Chatham, Rikki served as Accounting Manager at Aduro Advisors, where she supported venture capital funds and developed deep expertise in fund accounting, financial reporting, and investor services. Her experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of the financial and operational complexities of investment management.

Rikki is a proud alumna of Middle Tennessee State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. She also holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from Mercer University.
