Lin Wang, Director
Ms. Wang has been with Chatham Capital since its inception. She has over seven years of investment and financial experience, including loan structuring, due diligence, underwriting, portfolio management and restructuring expertise.  During her tenure at Chatham Capital, Ms. Wang has led or assisted in the execution of more than 25 transactions and has managed in excess of $110 million of investments, including leveraged buyouts and acquisitions, internal growth recapitalizations and workouts. 

Prior to joining Chatham Capital, Ms. Wang was an Analyst at Cardinal Ventures and assisted in private placements of debt and equity, mergers and acquisitions and business valuations.

Ms. Wang is a graduate of Emory University and has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business.
