Lin Wang, Managing Director
Ms. Wang has been with Chatham Capital since its inception. She has over nine years of investment and financial experience, including due diligence, underwriting, portfolio management and restructuring expertise.  During her tenure at Chatham Capital, Ms. Wang has overseen the execution of more than 30 transactions and has managed in excess of $210 million of investments representing approximately 60% of the Chatham Portfolio Companies, including leveraged buyouts and acquisitions, internal growth recapitalizations and workouts.

Prior to joining Chatham Capital, Ms. Wang was an Analyst at Cardinal Ventures and assisted in private placements of debt and equity, mergers and acquisitions and business valuations.

Ms. Wang is a graduate of Emory University and has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business.
