Patty Totaro, Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Totaro joined Chatham Capital in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer.

Ms. Totaro has nearly 20 years experience in financial management and accounting in a range of industries. Her experience in the financial industry includes serving as Controller of a private equity firm and as Vice President and Controller of a boutique financing company where she developed the accounting function from the intial capitalization from private equity investors.

Ms. Totaro has also worked as a consultant and analyst to several growth oriented middle market companies where she provided cash flow projections and scenario analysis required to secure financing for proposed expansions and acqusitions. As Assistant Corporate Controller of Turner Broadcasting Systems, Inc., Ms. Totaro's responsibilties included SEC reporting for annual reports and acquisitions and consolidated financial reporting of over 20 subsidiaries, including budgeting and forecasting. Ms. Totaro's career began with KPMG as a senior accountant.

Ms. Totaro is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Ms. Totaro received a B.S. in Accounting with honors from Lehigh University.
