Neal Mulford, Director
Neal Mulford joined Chatham Capital in March 2008 as a Director.  Mr. Mulford brings over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the lending industry, including origination, underwriting and portfolio management.  Most recently, Neal was with The CIT Group as the Underwriting Manager.  Prior lending experience includes Bank South (subsequently acquired by Bank of America) and Heller Financial’s Leveraged Funding Group.

Other experience includes Head of M&A for a specialty chemical manufacturer, and the public accounting firm of McGladrey, Hendrickson & Pullen.

Neal received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Berry College (Georgia), and he is a CPA.
