Yoon Soo Lee, Senior Associate
Mr. Lee joined Chatham Capital in 2007. He has over five years experience of buyout and corporate restructuring investment targeting small and middle market in various industries. Prior to joining Chatham, Mr. Lee worked as an associate for KTB Network, the largest Korean private equity firm. During his tenure at KTB, he led or participated in multiple buyout transactions and fund establishments. Mr. Lee served as a chief of staff for Korea Corporate Restructuring Companies Association, a self regulatory body among Korean private equity firms specialized in turnaround/bankruptcy investments.
Mr. Lee received a BBA and MS of Finance degree from Yonsei University. He also holds an MBA in Finance from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
