Scott Kray, Managing Director
Mr. Kray has more than 20 years of financial experience comprising originating, structuring, underwriting, negotiating and closing transactions. The transactions include leveraged lending, mergers and acquisitions, and equity-related investments.
Prior to joining Chatham, Mr. Kray was with GE Capital for seven years, in various roles including Southeast head of lending originations. During this time, he was responsible for more than $4 billion of transactions. These included cash flow and asset based loans, and other credit products such as leasing and securitizations.
Mr. Kray has held other positions including Managing Director at Provident Capital Corporation where the focus was leveraged lending, and Creditanstalt Corporate Finance where one of his roles was Southeast head of leveraged lending, underwriting, and portfolio management. Prior experience at Price Waterhouse included mergers and acquisitions, and valuations of companies. Previously, he was an Investment Manager at Prudential Capital Corporation responsible for a $300MM portfolio.
Mr. Kray received a BSBA with honors from the University of Florida, and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. |
