Nick Anacreonte, Founder & Partner
Mr. Anacreonte is a founding member of Chatham Capital. He has over 15 years of investment and corporate finance experience, including managing private offerings of debt and venture capital, assistance with both buy-side and sell-side transactions, valuations and financial consulting.

Prior to Chatham, Mr. Anacreonte was a Principal of Cardinal Ventures, a boutique investment bank focused on the middle market. Mr. Anacreonte has also served as a Director in KPMG's corporate finance group. During his tenure at KPMG, he provided interim management for a number of start-ups as well as performing traditional corporate finance activities. Additionally, Mr. Anacreonte was a Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Value Consulting group and a financial analyst for J.P. Morgan in New York City.

Mr. Anacreonte received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany where he graduated magna cum laude. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
