Chatham Capital is located in Northwest Atlanta, Georgia; Suite 1950 of the 400 Building of the Cobb Galleria Complex, just off Cobb Parkway, near the intersections of I-75 and I-285. The Galleria also includes the Cobb Galleria Convention Centre, the Waverly Hotel and is across the street from Cumberland Mall.

Traveling NORTH on I-75:
•Take Exit #258, Cumberland Boulevard.
•Turn LEFT at the light at the exit ramp
•Turn RIGHT at second light onto Cobb Galleria Parkway
•Go to Akers Mill Road (third light), proceed across the road into Galleria office park.
•400 Building is straight ahead, enter the parking lot on the right side of the building.
 
Traveling SOUTH on I-75:
•Take Exit #258, Cumberland Boulevard.
•Turn RIGHT at the light at the exit ramp.
•Turn RIGHT at first light onto Cobb Galleria Parkway
•Go to Akers Mill Road (third light), proceed across the road into Galleria office park.
•400 Building is straight ahead, enter the parking lot on the right side of the building.
 
Traveling WEST on I-285:
•Proceed to Exit #20 (I-75 North/South & U.S. 41/Cobb Parkway)
(Note: Do not take I-75, go straight to U.S. 41/Cobb Parkway).
•Get in the far left-hand lane of Exit ramp, turn LEFT onto Cobb Parkway.
•Go under the overpass and the entrance to I-285 East.
•Turn LEFT at next traffic light in front of Cobb Galleria Convention Centre.
•Follow the road around the left side of the shopping center.
•Turn LEFT into parking deck behind 200, 300 & 400 Buildings.
•400 building is the last building in the row
 
Traveling from Atlanta Hartsfield Airport:
There are Two Options. (Option 1 is better during Rush Hour.)

Airport Option #1
•Take I-85 South when leaving the airport
•After a mile, take I-285, heading WEST or NORTH (Chattanooga).
•Proceed to exit #20 – Highway 41, Cobb Parkway
•Turn RIGHT from exit ramp and move immediately into the LEFT lane.
•Turn LEFT at first traffic light in front of Cobb Galleria Convention Centre
•Follow the road around the left side of the shopping center.
•Turn LEFT into parking deck behind 200, 300 & 400 Buildings.
•400 building is the last building in the row.

Airport Option#2
Take I-85 North to I-75 North, and follow the above directions.
