Chatham’s Advisory Board provides ongoing advice and guidance
to the General Partner. The Board also reviews each transaction
of the Fund prior to closing. Each member of the Board is an investor
in the Fund and represents the quality of our investors which include
thirty-seven CEOs or former CEOs of significant enterprises in a
very diverse range of industries.
